We can accept bookings using the form below or on receipt of a completed hard copy Reservation Form. You can either write to us for a Reservation Form or print off the copy form you will find here.
No booking is deemed effective until, in addition to the booking form, we have also received the required deposit which can either be paid by credit card, online or telephone, or by cheque. The deposit is £100 per property per week (up to a maximum of £200 per property).
Following receipt of your form and deposit a letter of confirmation will be issued setting out full details of your booking.
For short break bookings please e.mail us first to confirm availability and price.
Please note that bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis. A property may have been booked by the time we receive your form and/or payment. If this is the case we will contact you immediately and advise you of alternative dates and properties that may be available. We are happy to accept provisional bookings by telephone, which can usually be held for 5 days pending receipt of your form and deposit payment.
Payment of the rental charge is required one month before the commencement of the tenancy. An invoice will be issued no earlier than six weeks prior to the date the tenancy is due to begin. For late bookings (ie. made within six weeks of the date the booking is due to commence) you will need to pay the full rental charge together with the required deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full at the conclusion of your stay subject to any deduction for the cost of any damage to the property or any special cleaning required at the conclusion of the occupancy. Payment can be made by either credit card or cheque. If it is wished to pay online at this time a link to a secure payment form will be sent to you.
Please note that a reservation constitutes a binding contract. In the event that you wish to cancel your booking we will always attempt to re-let the accommodation. If this is not possible you will be liable to pay any outstanding sum for the booking. Unless there are exceptional circumstances no refund is available in respect of any cancellation that takes place within 14 days of the date of commencement of the tenancy.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FORM
A minimum deposit of £100 is due on all online bookings, payable by debit or credit card.
On receipt of this form, we will contact you to confirm that your required accommodation is available on the dates requested and to confirm your requirements.
